The 19 th IDA Worldwide Desalting Plant Inventory 2006
The International Desalination Association (IDA) has sponsored a biennial listing of all the desalination plants with a capacity of more than 100m³/d since 1970. Between 1980 and 2004 it was published by Klaus Wangnick. In 2005 GWI took over publication and in July 2006 it relaunched, updated, cleansed and expanded. The database now includes information on more than 12,000 installations including location, capacity, technology, water quality and off-taker.
New format! The new Inventory will differ from previous years, as GWI offers it in a new and exciting format, as an Excel spreadsheet on CD-ROM. This improved format will allow you to freely manipulate the data as you choose:
- Create your own tables, graphs or charts
- Extract sections of the data for presentations and reports
- Research market trends and opportunities relevant to your company
Our Report is still unique worldwide as the only complete overview of the market for the desalination sector. Order your copy to make sure you have the most up-to-date, thoroughly researched data on all desal installations worldwide.
